正常情况的关心和跟进客户样品测试的结果和满意度,客户要是有意向了就会深入沟通,要是客户最近事情多或者受到的样品很多的话,那么很有可能都记不起我们是哪一家公司也不一定,建议根据客户的回复邮件内容去反向分析出一些大概的情况,再根据实际情况去做跟进。
