In the era when high-end electronic information technology is taken as the leading network science and technology, only by the implementation of human management which is esteemed by more and more enterprises and gradually turns into the new trend in the development of present private enterproses management, can China's private enterprises develop and grow so strong that they have the ability to compete against so many strong opponents in business in an impregnable position. In view of the universal existing problems in the current management of China's private enterprises, this paper will carry on the discussion on how China's private enterprises can carry out human management so as to realize the win-win goal for both enterprises and individuals.
