Abstract: With China's accession to the WTO after the competition between operators intensifies, the quality of the network has become mobile operators decided the fate of the fundamental elements. Network optimization is becoming the future of mobile operators focus. Now, operators are concerned about how the basis of the existing network, by optimizing and improving the network in order to maximize the potential for mining.
Network optimization goal is to increase or maintain the network quality, and network quality is the result of the interaction of various factors, with the depth to optimize the work of improvement and optimization technology, optimize the network from the current penetration to include market forecast, network planning , the project put into operation until the entire cycle of every aspect of the process. In this paper, in-depth study of the GSM system based on principle, and on mobile Shuangyashan Shuangyashan region as an example of communication network design and optimization of channel distribution, combined with Shuangyashan GSM mobile wireless networks, mobile GSM network to Shuangyashan reflects the prominent current analysis of network problems with the investigation, proposed and implemented to meet the engineering program of wireless network optimization, network quality improved significantly as the basis for the further study of the user traffic is shaped, the user growth trend of the current network expansion projects and the guidance proposals, the completion of the network planning and design of the initial program, in the realization of engineering construction.
