测试方法1.2.1 固体支架 固体样品的测试,需在固体支架上完成测试。目前在市面上出售的荧光光谱仪,很多都自带固体支架,大多数固体荧光架基本上是45°,即激发光和样品表面的夹角是45°。还有一种是样品台可旋转的,在样品台下增加了角度刻度线,通过旋转样品台,可改变激发光和固体样品表面的夹角,测量不同角度下样品的荧光强度,根据光谱图形状和强度选 择最佳的角度,有利于固体荧光试验条件的优化[ 8] 。调节合适的角度对于固态荧光的测量尤为关键。通常将样品放置在光路的交叉点,压片表面和入射光的角度不要45°角,最好是30°或60°角。1.2.2 上 样 粉末固体荧光的测量受样品表面情况的影响很 大,重复测量同一样品,表面情况稍有不同,荧光强度就会发生很大变化, 而且并不是表面越平整,越细密,强度就越大。应选择合适的样品量,对于固体粉末样品的测试,样品应尽量放少,样品的厚度越大,散射就越严重。如果是晶体样品,仅选择一个晶体可进行测试。有的荧光光谱仪,使用石英玻片作为固体粉末样品的载体。这种情况下,如果固体粉末样品的量很少,用少量酒精滴在样品上,使得样品吸附在石英玻片上,然后再进行测试。如果是固体膜,可以直接放在固体支架上进行测试。有的荧光光谱仪,使用的是不同类型的夹具,可根据样品的具体情况选择合适的夹具。
