全面质量管理是质量管理在当代的新发展,后来成为国家工业繁荣的重点并且其具有实践应用性很强的特点。本次设计内容主要是利用全面质量管理对产品质量进行改进,以提高轴承产品的合格率,并取得了一定的经济效益。
通过前期的调查活动发现本厂轴承生产不合格品的各项原因,并且分析出它最重要的原因。根据此情况,利用全面质量管理的方法控制产品不合格率以提高产品质量。质量控制主要是指对制造质量的控制,它的任务是要把产品制造过程处于能生产合格产品的受控状态。产品质量是在生产制造过程中形成的,只有对制造过程质量实行有效的控制之后,才能从根本上保证产品质量,也才能做到“事前控制,预防为主”的质量管理要求。
首先通过对工厂产品质量不合格品率进行统计、分析,找到对本设计有用的资料,应用全面质量管理的常用方法,即采用排列图对不合格品进行统计,确定导致产品不合格的主要原因,应用因果分析图法找出影响质量的主要因素,然后利用散布图、直方图、控制图对主要影响因素进行分析、评价,确定改进对策,找出最佳方案,然后进行技术经济评价。最后制定了改进措施并且进行实施,对措施实施后生产的轴承又进行了抽样分析,发现原来的问题已经解决,在此基础上进行巩固措施,制定规程以便作为加工过程控制质量的标准,实现全面质量管理,从而提高了产品的质量。
近年来,我国的服务业取得了快速的发展,涌现出大批新兴的服务行业,如会计服务、法律咨询服务、管理咨询服务等,而且它们已成为新的经济增长点。但是,我国的服务业发展,无论是理论研究上还是在实践中都与发达国家存在很大差距,主要表现为服务意识差,服务质量低,管理落后。因此,改进服务质量、完善企业管理、提高竞争力将成为我国服务企业发展的必由之路。在这些方面,提高服务质量又是重中之重。虽然有关制造业的质量管理理论和方法日臻成熟,然而由于服务质量的特殊性质,其相对应的理论方法研究则显得相对滞后,对服务质量评价方法的研究更是不能满足实践中的要求。在我国,近年来虽然人们对服务质量的重要性已经有所认识,但是由于相对落后的服务业发展现状,人们对于如何进行服务质量评价及如何对评价结果进行管理还没有1个清晰的概念,实践中也没有或者很少去做这方面的工作。因此对于服务质量评价方法的及其评价结果管理的分析与介绍就有1定的必要性了。 本文首先对服务质量研究的背景与意义进行了分析,在介绍服务业发展情况的基础上分析了企业服务质量与绩效之间的关系,显示2者是正相关的。同时简单介绍了国内外服务质量的研究现状,为本文写作的必要性作了铺垫。。。
