in class指在课堂上；上课中
所以是in class ，抱歉现在的满意答案我反驳一下，有on class这个搭配谢谢。
另外补充：
practice on the class随堂练习
discuss on the class随堂小议
in class，指地点比较合适。someone is in class。相当于someone is in classroom.
on class，指时间比较合适。someone is on class.相当于someone is busy, not free, is on class.
