27th Feb. 1991.

读作:the twenty-seventh February ninteen ninty-one.
如果是具体某天用介词 "on"

特殊情况: 1st 2nd 3rd 21rd 22nd 23rd 31rd 其他的序数词都在数字后加"th"

月份:January February March April May June July Augest September October November December (按顺序) 常去前三个字母.
