英文里面没有这么个固定说法。
Be there or be square，它的确切意思是：不去的都是老土；傻子才不去呢。翻译成不见不散，其实不是很合适。
近似的说法：
I'll see you there.
Do not leave till we meet.
I won't leave without seeing you.
