写一篇外贸函电，求答案！！！！急急急急急急！！！

I am sorry that we according to our usual practice, our payment term is D/P 60 days' sight. We can't open L/C. We are large importing company and have good reputations, all of our suppliers are doing business with us under the payment term of D/P 60 days' sight, beside, our orders will always replaced in a year.
Please do consider the payment terms and reply.

Thanks for your reply.

I'm afraid I can't accept payment by L/C, because we have our company rule about payment term. We usually do with D/P after 60 days, but to establish our good business relationship and to express our sincerity, I have persuaded our boss to accept D/P at 60 days’ sight and he agreed it. If it's OK, we will place the order at once.
