富氩气体保护焊:使用焊丝作为熔化电极,采用氩气或富运慎带氩混合气体作为保护气体的电弧焊接方法。也称作MIG焊接方法。
主要的特孝桥点有:
1、与焊条电弧焊、二氧化碳电弧焊及埋弧焊相比 可焊接几乎所有金属,这一点与TIG焊比较相近
2、与TIG相比,采用熔化极方式进行焊接,可采旁芦用大电流进行焊接,焊丝的熔化速度快,对母材的熔敷效率高,母材熔深和焊接变形都好于TIG,生产效率高。
3、与二氧化碳焊接相比,适合薄板高速、几乎不产生飞溅
4、可直流反接,实现对铝合金焊接的阴极雾化作用
5、可使用与母材同质的焊丝
6、熔滴过渡特性多,尤其是亚射流过渡。
7、使用Ar,成本高于CO2,生产率低于CO2
8、焊接准备要求严格
9、厚板打底焊成形不如TIG
10、抗风能力差,不适合野外焊接
11、设备复杂
