三极管的c、e两极是可以互换使用的,不过此时管子的耐压值将降低,β也将大大降低(通常在5以下)不信你可以试试,你将12V电压通过一2K电阻接在8050的b极,管子的c极接地,e极通过小风扇接12V电源,风扇可以工作,只是因为此时管子的β很小,管子不能充分饱和。你要将c极接Vdd,b极接单片机,e极接风扇,此时风扇两端电源约为单片机输出电压减去0.7V。

三极管是电流放大器件,be结的电流乘自身放大倍数,所以把负载接在E极上时负载得到的电压不可超过B极电压,以NPN管为例负载在E极那么UL=Ui-Ube(be结电压),假设Ub=Ue或Ub
