regret to do 与regret doing是不能互换的，因为它们表达的意思完全不一样。
1 regret doing -------解释为“後悔做了某事”
------- I regret coming late yesterday
== I wish I hadn't come late yesterday.

2 regret to do ------解释为“可能会使他人不开心或失望，但还是必须-- - -”
-------I regret to say that we aren't pleased with your woirk.
==I am sorry BUT i MUST say that we aren't pleased with your woirk.
