管道坡度指管道的坡降,管道长度X管道坡度=管道坡降,千分之三的话,1米就是3mm坡降。

给排水管道的施工规范

1、主管位置正确,管卡配套位置准确,伸缩节固定完好;

2、主管控制阀便于操作、拆卸;

3、主管上支管三通位置准确,水表和表前控制阀必须试压后才能安装,同时形成阀门试验记录;

4、管外径在25mm以下给水管的安装,管道在转角、水表、水龙头或角阀及管道终端的100mm处应设管卡,管卡安装必须牢固;

5、排水管道必须准确留设坡度;

6、管道支吊件制作安装应保证牢固、美观、排列整齐。安装支吊件、阻火圈应特别注意上层楼板防水;

7、施工过程中,随时对排水管口进行临时封堵;

8、安装中注意与土建施工的配合,严防穿楼板处漏水,尤其是穿管的套管与管之间的间隙;

9、施工单位各工种和各分包施工单位必须对已施工的管道做好成品保护,保证交工时管道的整洁完好;

10、所有管道施工完成后,由施工单位自检,自检完成后通知监理甲方一起进行冲洗、通水、灌水、通球试验,并做好各种记录,若发现不合格及时处理。

不是的。应根据排水管所埋地的水平距离算出排队水管底端的深度(即垂直距离),         使垂直距离/水平距离=3/1000

给排水管道的坡度=(管首的管底标高-管尾管底标高)/管总长。

在现实生活中室内排水管坡度都是不采用计算的方法的,因为计算的过程十分复杂,都是采用定值,比如50毫米的排水坡度为3.5%等等。不过这个还和材质有一定关系的,因为会涉及到一个摩擦系数的问题。
