Those day,lots of students are heavy.They have diffcult to move.They don't have a healthy body.'How can i have a heathy body?'A lot of students ask.Now,i tell you how you can be a healthy child.First,you mustn't eat snacks or drink soda drinks.Then,you must eat lots of vegetables.You shouldn't eat too much meat.Finally,you must play sports and go to bed everyday.You will be a healthy child soon.
