以NPN硅三极管为例,be极电压=0.7V,三极管工作在放大状态,这个电压正好是be结的正常结电压,信号的微弱电流无论正负都可以叠加在iB上,只要偏置电路设置的别太差,be结就可以稳定在这个电压;be结电压<0.7V,三极管处在截止状态,be结没有导通,ce极截止,相当于开关断开;be结电压为负值,三极管工作在无偏置的脉冲放大状态,此时的be结相当于一个二极管,把脉冲整流了,e极相当于二极管的负极,输出电压为正,此时be结电压为负值;如果be极电压>0.7V或更高,说明be结开路,be结相当于的二极管开路,无法将电压稳定在0.7V,三极管已经损坏;be极电压=0.7V,ce极的电压在0.3-0.7V(大功率三极管ce极电压会≥1V),三极管工作在饱和导通状态,ce极相当于开关闭合,但ce极的电压不会低到使bc结电压=0.7V,那样的话,b极电流就会流向c极,那就不可能了。以上5种状态你慢慢琢磨,应该能弄明白,希望对你有帮助。
