热管散热有几个干扰因素:
1、和散热目标的接触面积。例如cpu散热器很多是4-5热管,但是现在新的cpu体积比较小,和散热器有效接触面积较小,可能只有3个热管能有效接触,这时候多出来的热管并不能直接接触目标。当然厂商也可以通过铜底去增加散热接触面积。
2、热管弯曲工艺和半径。例如6mm和8mm半径的热管,散热效能就差别比较大,另外U型弯曲工艺也能提高更多散热效率。
3、铝鯺片工艺和密度。同样的热管,铝片的面积和密度越高,效率也越好。
4、塔式和下压式。两者照顾对象有所区别,前者注重cpu温度本身,后者照顾周边mos模组,更适合小机箱。
5、背板压力。有时候更多热管也意味着对背板的弯曲畸变可能性提高,所以也要注意背板是否有强化支持热管散热器。
