一、强制式混凝土搅拌泵的工作原理
  强制式混凝土搅拌机,工作时罐体不动,是通过搅拌轴旋转来带动搅拌臂及搅拌叶片,对罐体内的物料进行强制导向搅拌,搅拌作用十分强烈,搅拌质量较好,过载能力强,卸料无离析,生产效率高。
  强制式混凝土搅拌机的搅拌筒中心处水平配置一根搅拌轴,轴上装有两组共6个搅拌叶片。两组叶片分别按左右间断布置,靠近筒体侧衬板的是侧叶片,搅拌叶片用螺栓与搅拌臂端部的臂析连接,而搅拌臂根部通过螺栓与搅拌轴上的固定件连接。当搅拌转动时,两组搅拌叶片迫使混合物料做左、右运动,即圆周运动和轴向运动,这种搅拌方式料流强烈,可在短时间内拌制成均匀的混凝土。
强制式混凝土搅拌机是以搅拌筒呈水平方位的搅拌轴及之联接搅拌臂的翻滚,对拌合物料发生揉捏、剪切、冲击和圆周、轴向自由落体等凌乱运动。因为多种力和运动一起作用,因而在较短的时间内把混凝土搅拌均匀。

滚筒式混凝土搅拌泵,主要是通过电机带动滚筒罐体进行旋转运动,罐体旋转带动罐内物料作轴向运动及自由落体运动,通过连续旋转来使物料充分拌合,搅拌的混凝土质量相对还是比较均匀,但是较强制式的效率更低,搅拌质量也差一些,但是胜在机械性价比较高,强构简单,一次搅拌的方量较大。
