The art of religion can be expressed by stained glass
In the middle ages, churches and monasteries were decorated with plenty of stained glass to tell religious stories (the picture at top right corner, for example, shows Maria and Joseph are holding born Jesus in arms), though stained glass was gradually used just for decoration.
Observing stained glass of various religions, we can find different styles demonstrating respective spiritual faiths. For example, red, blue, green, and yellow glass in a christian church can always create an imaginary atmosphere. In islamic mosques, colorful ceramic tiles with harmonious hues can form a transquil and moderate environemt. In temples of Indian religion, timber color looks natural and simple.
