关于粮食危机的英语作文

粮食危机是指全球性的粮食短缺、产量锐减、价格涨幅过快，以至造成了近40年来前所未有的粮食恐慌与危机。2014年，粮农组织发布的《粮食不安全状况2014》报告指出，世界饥饿人口已达10.2亿，创历史最高水平。该组织还宣称，这还不包括那些正在遭受维生素缺乏、营养不足和其他形式营养不良的人，遭遇粮食安全困扰的人其总人数可能接近30亿——约占世界总人口的一半。
