含义:

热导率λ很大的物体是优良的热导体;而热导率小的是热的不良导体或为热绝缘体。λ值受温度影响,随温度增高而稍有增加。若物质各部之间温度差不很大时,在实用上对整个物质可视λ为一常数。晶体冷却时,它的热导率增加极快。
