在美国买了几张itunes和app store的gift card 求高人指点如何使用

不可以的，你买的gift card的是指对美国app帐号的。
申请个美国帐号。在右下角有切换国家。

On your Mac or PC　
打开电脑

Open iTunes.
打开iTunes软件

Click Sign In, and then enter your Apple ID and password. ...
点击登录，输入apple账号密码

Click your name, and choose Redeem from the drop-down menu.
点你的名字，然后从下拉选项中选择兑换（redeem）

Enter your password again.
再次输入密码

If you have an iTunes Store Gift Card, enter the 16-digit code, which starts with X, from the back of the card. ...
如果你有iTunes商店礼品卡，输入X开头的16位号码，在卡片背面

Click Redeem.
点击兑换

得用美国帐号才行吧，你买的什么软件，美国软件的话中国下不了，兑换码也就不能用了吧
