举个例子:在碗里放一个小球,这是一个系统,稍微用力推他一下,小球会在碗里来回滚动,这是干扰。但是最终仍回到原来的位置(碗底),这就是静态稳定。而,静态稳定性指的是这种能力。用到电力系统也是一样的。
其判据就是:系统的状态方程的特征根都小于零。
