【摘要】近些年来，全国各大中城市对于摩托车在市区的行驶进行了限制，以及汽油价格的不断攀升加大了机动车的使用成本，使得电动自行车这一新兴的道路交通工具在短短的几年内数量急剧增加，现已成为广大城市居民的主要出行工具。但由于我国在规范电动自行车管理方面存在法律缺失的现象，使得电动自行车在为群众带来出行便利的同时，也出现了一系列的社会问题。因此，有必要对电动自行车及其在现实中发生的问题进行研究，找到切实可行的对策，让电动自行车在道路和法律上都能更加“畅通无阻”的行驶。本文将对电动自行车在实践中存在及可能出现的问题展开相关法律研究，提出对策建议。
