制备超细α-氧化铝粉在氢氧化铝中加入重量比为0.2%-0.5%的氧化镁或氟化铝,在1100℃~1300 ℃的温度下煅烧制成α-氧化铝,粉碎至D50小于1.0μm;
b、制备氢氧化铝与拟薄水铝石混合物 将铝的摩尔比为0.1~5的氢氧化铝与拟薄水铝石混合研磨至D50小于1.5μm;
c、制备悬浮液按α-氧化铝中的铝与b步骤的混合物中铝的摩尔比为0.05~0.8的比例,将 α-氧化铝微粉加入b步骤制备混合物中,加水配制成固体重量含量为20%~50 %的悬浮液;
d、制备凝胶体颗粒向由c制备的悬浮液中加入占悬浮液中总氧化铝重量的2%~35%的选自氧化镁、氧化铁、氧化钙、氧化硅中的一种或几种的氧合物;加热悬浮液至60~90 ℃,控制PH值为1~3,搅拌形成凝胶体;将凝胶在干燥箱中干燥后破碎成 0.5~1.5mm的颗粒;
e、制备微晶氧化铝陶瓷颗粒将凝胶体颗粒在1250℃~1650℃温度下烧结2~6小时;按照研磨材料的要求破碎,制备出微晶氧化铝陶瓷颗粒
