such和so都可以用来表示程度，意思是“如此；这样”
such（adj.）+不可数名词+that从句。如：

so是副词，与形容词或副词连用，其结构是：so+adj.（adv.）+that从句。如：

so...that...中的that从句不是定语从句,而是结果状语从句,that在从句不充当任何成分.
such...as...中的as引导的才是定语从句,as在从句中要充当主语、宾语或表语.
