首先分析一下驱动过程
当START为高电位,Q8导通,Q9截至,D6将T3的栅极拉低,T3导通,电机启动,反之电机停止

1,R47是Q8的基极偏置电阻,控制电晶体
2,Q9是提供给T3的栅极电压,让T3截止
3,D6是当Q9截止,把T3的电压正向导通拉底(这个很重要,如果没有T3不会导通工作)
4,T3是驱动电晶体是一个PMOSFET,提供电机的电流
5,D7是续流二极管,在电机通断电源会产生反电动势把T3损坏,故而使用D7续流减小反电动势电压。C43也是辅助快速减少反电动势。
