1、在不通电的情况下测量输出端的通断状态,如果通了就说明继电器坏了。

2、固态继电器(Solid State Relay,缩写SSR),是由微电子电路,分立电子器件,电力电子功率器件组成的无触点开关。用隔离器件实现了控制端与负载端的隔离。固态继电器的输入端用微小的控制信号,达到直接驱动大电流负载。

在通电状态下测量它两端的压降,如果在应当通的的情况下压降很大,就表明坏了,反之是好的。

先用三用表测主回路如果电阻值在几K以下说明可控硅芯片击穿,如果阻值很大就用4V以上直流电压加到固态继电器的控制端(正,负对应),这时再用三用表的电阻档测量主回路的两个端子电阻值明显减小,这时初步判定固态继电器是好的,再按器件要求接入控制电路,如果输入端电压和输出端电压接近就判断固态继电器是完好的,否则,就可判断为部分元件损坏和全部元件损坏。
