As an important part of China's financial market, financial leasing company has outstanding contribution to the financing business of small and medium-sized customers. But at present our country financial leasing companies generally has the characteristics of small scale, service population risk, assets are not easy to penetrate, the traditional banks and trust funds are limited to its support, can not get enough to support the rapid development of the financing needs. Asset securitization as a new financing channel, with the issue of flexible size, lower financing costs, optimize capital structure, reduce information cost and improve cash flow characteristics, very suitable for leasing the financing needs of the company. This paper takes this as a breakthrough point to study the feasibility of solving the financing difficulties of leasing companies by the way of issuing asset securitization products.
In this paper, XF leasing company as the research object, first asset securitization related theory and the development process of research, clear the current financial market for financial leasing companies to issue asset securitization products. Secondly, a detailed analysis of the XF leasing company operating conditions, financial situation and assets, the assets meeting has the characteristics of stable cash flow, expected strong dispersion, and the term standardised similar asset securitization business requirements, can issue asset securitization products. After that, based on the current situation of XF leasing combined with asset securitization related theories and policies, the feasibility of the issue of asset securitization products was determined and the detailed design of the distribution scheme was also carried out. Including the transaction structure establishment, determine the basic assets and asset pool, the establishment of special carrier (SPV), credit growth, credit rating and sale of securities etc.. In the end, the risk identification method and the risk control point of the asset securitization product of XF leasing company are proposed, which guarantees the final effective of the scheme. The last of the paper is the conclusion of the paper and the problems that need to be further studied.
