Studying a second language is very useful, this fact is indisputable, however, why English. Well, thorough examination of our nation's history tells us that communication, is the key. Every war that has occured in history can be attributed to lack of proper communication or becaues of misunderstandings. We are learning English now is just a repercussion of the catalysmic events of English imperialism. If our nation all speak English, we will be less susceptible to foreign influences and can negotiate our terms on the same table with the English and other English speaking countries. Our nation will be stronger!
