总货款是4900美金，你已经汇给我2000美金，所以等生产完货，你再付给我2600美金就可以了。
The total FOB amount is $4600
(注意：这里就写4600，根据你的描述是你们联系船运，运费它单独支付，对吗？),that cut the paid $2000,you should pay the left amount-$2600 after this batch of production completed.

I confirmed the ocean freight with the forwarder This morning. The price is lower than before. Take the production, customs clearance time in to consideration, I decided to take the ship on 20th September,which sea freight price is $300.
