阿胶可以用来炖阿胶黄酒炖鸡汁。
主料:鸡肉350g
调料:姜3片、黄酒半碗、阿胶10g
做法步骤:
1、鸡肉去皮洗净切件,放入炖盅里,阿胶取出来,切成小块;准备好半碗黄酒;

2、然后将黄酒倒入鸡肉里;

3、加入阿胶与姜片;

4、放入煲里,隔水炖2小时;

5、2小时后,就能炖出一盅美味的黄酒鸡汁啦。

1.将阿胶隔着包装轻轻敲碎。好的阿胶一敲就碎。用1:1的黄酒浸泡3天。(如果将阿胶磨成粉再浸泡的话半天时间就够了)主要是为了泡软
2.将泡好的阿胶放入锅中(是隔水的哦)边加热边搅拌直到阿胶全部烊化成液体。(大概30分钟)
3.加入敲碎的土冰糖,冰糖一定要敲的碎点,很难融化的。边搅拌边煮着,大概需要40-50分钟才能溶化干净。
4.待冰糖全部融化后,加入核桃肉和桂圆肉,搅拌均匀,看到均匀裹上阿胶液之后加入红枣肉搅拌均匀再加入黑芝麻搅拌均匀
5.边煮边搅拌,大概20分钟后关火。(全程大概1个半小时)
6.将盛器内部铺上保鲜膜倒入阿胶膏晾凉后盖上盖子入冰箱冷藏24小时即可
7.24小时候后即可取出来切片食用了。请适量食用,早晚各一次,每次10克左右(1片)
在一个小沙锅里煮上一碗水,放上半块或是三份之一块阿胶,一小块红糖,先开大火把水煮开了然后是小火,煮上几分钟后应该差不多了,拿个长把的小汤勺搅拌一下看看阿胶有没有彻底溶化了,可能还没有,这时你可以继续让它煮,如果想快一点的话,用小汤勺一边搅拌一边小火煮,再过三分钟这样,这块阿胶就彻底溶化了,熄火打个鸡蛋下去,盖上锅盖三分钟后就可以吃了。是不是很简单呀。
