一：概述：尼龙是聚酰胺俗称尼龙(Nylon),英文名称Polyamide(简称PA)，在水性印花行业涤纶、锦纶（尼龙）、腈纶、天丝、莫代尔CVC，涤棉倒比等混纺面料归为一类。BST-N899H 采用丙烯酸丁酯，丙烯晴，丙烯酰胺，双丙酮丙烯酰胺，甲基丙烯酸乙酸乙酯，甲基丙烯酸甲酯和进口乳化剂、交联单体聚合反应合成，其性能能覆盖以上成分纤维单独或者混纺的面料基材，这样为客户节省运用成本和解决采购库存品种过多的弊病。该产品的手感柔软，色牢度好，显色率高，环保，符合欧标A类标准。
1. Overview:Polyamid (PA) is commonly known as Nylon, which be classified as the same category with acrylic, tencel, modal, CVC, polyester/cotton blended fabrics used in the aqueous printing industry. BST-N899H is synthesized through polymerization reaction of butyl acrylate, acrylonitrile, acrylamide, diacetone acrylamide, methacrylic acid ethyl acetate, methyl methacrylate, imported emulsifier and crosslinking monomer. It can meet the above composition fiber base material or their blended fabrics, which can not only save costs for customers, but also solve the disadvantage of purchasing too much varieties of inventory. Also, the product is soft and environmentally friendly, having good color fastness and rendering, meeting European standard Class A.

4.5.耐水牢度检测方法：在室温下将组合试样置入三级水中完全浸湿，倒去溶液，平于两块玻璃之间，放于预热的烘箱中，受压12.5kPa。将带有组合试样的装置放人烘箱内，于(37±2)℃下处理4h。断开组合试样上除一短边外所有的缝线，展开组合试样，悬挂在不超过60℃的空气中干燥。对照灰度卡。

4.6.耐摩擦色牢度的检测方法(GB/T 3920－1997)，耐摩擦色牢度试验机摩擦头垂直压力为9N，直线往复动程为100mm，往复速度60次/min,次数为10 次

三、注意事项：
Three, the matters needing attention:
1.使用前,必须认真严格试验,确认后方可使用。
1 before use, must strict test, confirmed before use.
2.干透后再进行100-110℃2分钟热处理,可以增加牢度。
2 dry after 100-110 ℃ for 2 minutes heat treatment, can increase the fastness.
3.自然干72-96小时后,方可测试牢度。
3 dry 72-96 hours, can test fastness.
4.刚烘干的印花面,手感偏硬,24小时后会逐渐变柔软。

说明： 以上配比是针对理论结合试验数据得出，实际生产因为面料和其他助剂材料的差异性能有不同，使用前需对面料和助剂等所有原材料测试 。
