1.样品采集与测试方法

测定样品为长坡-铜坑矿床505中段含锡石英脉,脉体中主要的矿物组合为锡石-磁黄铁矿-铁闪锌矿-黄铁矿-硫盐矿物。样品加工过程为:将样品破碎至40~60目,在双目镜下挑纯石英至99%;将选纯的石英单矿物用6mol/L超纯盐酸加热清洗,再用6mol/L超纯硝酸加热清洗,最后用超纯水清洗至中性,烘干;将清洗后的样品放入烘箱内,在120~180℃爆裂,去除次生包裹体;用超纯水在超声波机内清洗3~5遍,烤干备用。

石英矿物的Rb-Sr等时线年龄测定采用李华芹等(1998)所报道的分析流程;称取0.1~1g处理好的石英样品,置于聚四氟乙烯封闭容器中,加入适量的87Rb和84Sr混合稀释剂,用HF+HClO4在微波炉中分解样品并使其完全转化成过氯酸盐,采用阳离子交换法分离Rb和Sr。Rb和Sr同位素分析在中国地质科学院宜昌地质矿产研究所MAT-261可调多接收质谱仪上进行。分析过程中采用国际标准物质NBS-987监控仪器分析状态,用NBS607和Rb-Sr年龄国家一级标准物GBW04411监控流程。上述标准测定值分别为:NBS987,87Sr/86Sr=0.71034±0.00026;NBS607,Rb/10-6=523.22,Sr/10-6=65.56,87Sr/86Sr=1.20035±0.00009;GBW04411,Rb/10-6=249.08,Sr/10-6=158.39,87Sr/86Sr=0.76006±0.00009;87Rb/86Sr和87Sr/86Sr的测定精度好于2%(石英矿物)和0.02%。全部操作均在净化实验室内进行,使用的器皿由氟塑料、石英或铂金制成。所用试剂为高纯试剂经亚沸蒸馏,其Rb-Sr空白为10-11~10-12g/g。高纯水由Milli-Q水纯系统纯化,其Rb和Sr空白为10-12g/g;与样品同时测定的全流程空白都在0.3ng左右,当样品Rb和Sr含量低于10-6量级时,均作了空白校正。Rb-Sr等时线数据用Ludwing(1995)编撰的ISOPLOT程序处理。

2.测定结果

5个样品的Rb和Sr同位素分析结果见表7-4。表7-4显示,铜坑-长坡矿床92号矿体成矿流体中Rb含量为(0.4190~1.7270)×10-6,Sr含量为(0.1521~0.4600)×10-687Rb/86Sr比值变化较大,在7.6430~10.8400之间,87Sr/86Sr比值为0.72368~0.72790。采用Ludwig(1995)ISOPLOT程序,得到λ=1.42×10-11a-187Rb/86Sr及87Sr/86Sr输入误差分别为2%和0.02%,获得等时线年龄为(93±1.3)Ma(1σ)(MSWD=0.83),87Sr/86Sr初始比值为0.71352±0.00016(图7-4)。
