The Movie "Guasha" centers on a judical dispute concerning whether this tradional chinese medicine treatment is a child abuse. This movie more than just describes a misunderstanding or a law suit as it looks but, as a matter of fact, presents the collison and clash between two different cultures. This article takes the movie "Guasha" as the starting point,and then philosophically elaborates the difference between the Chinese and the Western nations in cognition and customs to unveil the hidden parts in deeper layers of the Chinese and the Western cultures.

Film "Scraping" is Chinese traditional medicine around the scraping or child abuse controversy and conflict caused by a justice. The film on the surface seems to be a misunderstanding, is a legal dispute, but in fact shows is that two different cultures and conflicts arising from the collision. In this paper, the film "scrape," as the starting point, from a philosophical point of view, ways of thinking and the perspective of national habits explain the differences in Western culture, to reveal the deep structure of Western culture in the hidden part.
