这个实验我刚做不久,所以比较熟悉。拉伸试验中,低碳钢要测弹性模量、屈服极限、强度极限、延伸率和断面收缩率,要观察计算机上的试验力图,判断屈服极限,屈服阶段后,观察劲缩现象,最后观察断面的形状;铸铁,除了没有屈服极限,其它的都要测,要观察断面形状。压缩实验,没有什么特别要测的,就测铸铁的破坏载荷和强度极限,低碳钢就测屈服极限。低碳钢不会破裂,只会越压越扁,而铸铁就要观察断裂面的形状。

观察低碳钢在拉伸过程中所出现的屈服、强化和缩颈现象,分析力与变形之间的关系,并绘制拉伸图。

铸铁,拉伸试验测试的是工件的抗拉强度,屈服强度和伸长率,而硬度试验反映的是在各自规定的条件下材料弹性、塑性、强度、韧性及磨损抗力等多种物理量的综合性能。
