380伏电压550千瓦负载,要用多大平方铜电缆?

用400mm2的电缆,每一相两根并联使用。
根据计算,三相电流I=功率P/(电压Ux√3xcosφ),cosφ是功率因数
因为不知道你设备的功率因数,就按0.85计算,
所以计算得出电流 I=550000/(380x1.732x0.85)=983.1A
电流这么大,一般没有那么大的单根电缆,因为电缆过大,运输,辐射,折弯等等非常不方便,所以尽量用铜排,若用铜排,可以用80*6mm2的铜排。若现场条件不允许用铜排,非得用电缆,那就用几根电缆并联,400mm2的电缆的载流量在550A左右,可以用两根单芯的400mm2的电缆并联接入设备,所以一共是三相,每相两根电缆,一共需要6根400mm2的单芯电缆,其实若设备有足够的位置来接电缆,也可以用3根185mm2的电缆来接,电缆细,施工难度低。
