这份邀请函应该由你的单位来开，这样更有说服力。并且最好是把在职证明和邀请函写到一起。第一部分是在职证明，第二部分是邀请函。可以这么来写：

This is to confirm that Ms*** ， date of birth :***, is a formal staff of our company,with a responsibility of ***.

Ms *** and her husband all have a stable income in Australia. She will give birth to a chid on Apil 6, 2010 and intend to invite her mother to see and celebrate this moment. Ms *** will undertake all the costs of her mother in Australia.
